How to Care for your Cutting Board

- Wipe clean with soap and water

- Dry and store on edge

- Treat 1-3x per month with mineral oil or board conditioner

- To remove odors (onion, etc.) scrub with salted lemon half or white vinegar.

DO NOT place in dishwasher or soak in water

DO NOT treat with cooking oil (olive, vegetable, etc.)
