At Good Shepherd Woodshop, every piece is individually handcrafted and truly one-of-a-kind. We build each board with the intention that it will be used, enjoyed, and last for years to come.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship.

• Wood Products: Covered for the lifetime of the original owner against defects in materials and craftsmanship

• Resin Products: Covered for 90 days from the date of delivery against defects in materials and craftsmanship

If an issue arises that falls within this coverage, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion to ensure it meets our standards.

Returns

Because of the custom, one-of-one nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on preference. We encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What’s Not Covered

This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by:

• Improper care or maintenance

• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

• Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or dishwashers

• Normal wear and tear over time
